I created this blog because I’ve always been a fan of fighting sports. I’ve watched boxing sporadically since I was a little kid, but in the past year, I’ve re-discovered the sport. I also watch MMA and kickboxing, but primarily I follow boxing now. To me, nothing compares to a great boxing match. This blog is from a fan’s point of view covering all three sports, with maybe even a little pro wrestling coverage thrown in for good measure. Although I rarely watch pro wrestling anymore, I used to be a big fan.
This blog gives me a forum to talk about my thoughts and feelings about boxing. I aim to create my own little space where I can write freely about this sport I love. If you like what you read – and even if you don’t – comment and subscribe to this blog. I plan on posting on a regular basis for a very long time to come.
Thanks for visiting fellow boxing fan, and come back soon!
I’m a fan of both sports and to say bnxoig fans are in a different class is just ignorant. It seems that the ignorant ones are a fraction (not all, as some bnxoig fans have knowledge) of the bnxoig fans. It’s not hard to see that they are two different sports. Just because it involves striking doesn’t make it the same. Kickbnxoig and bnxoig involve striking but are night in day besides that, different rules and options. There’s a long line because people are lined up to watch the event, to meet the fighters and participate in the whole experience. That’s what bnxoig has been missing for a long time. I miss those days when there was always a good bnxoig match on, now we have fighters ducking each other and having press conference wars instead of getting in the ring!
I came across this blog seemingly randomly on the internet, and I wanted to compliment you on your work. As a fellow die-hard boxing fan, and lover of most forms of fighting, this is a great source for those of us who don’t discriminate between Boxing, MMA, and Kickboxing. Keep up the great work
hey thanks, i appreciate your kind words! it’s always nice to know someone is reading my blog. check back on a regular basis, because I plan to update this blog for years to come!
you’re hot haha fancy a date
only if you’re really david tua, lol
A sexy girl who loves boxing please marry me
lol, thanks for checking out my site.
Personally i want to see Alverez v Mayweather id rather see that than Mayweather v Pacquiao or Cotto. I think Mayweather would beat Pacquiao easy like he did Marquez but Canelo possesses the power to knock Floyd out. If Canelo wasn’t able to stop Mayweather he will most likely loose a decision i think winning by ko is the only chance he has. Mosley dazed Mayweather so it would be an interesting fight but i dont think Mayweather will want any of that or Martinez but i hope im wrong.
i really really want to see floyd mayweather fight sergio martinez. i honestly think that mayweather is scared of martinez. i still think mayweather beats canelo, though, but it would be a great blockbuster fight.
This blog is awesome. Good job!
Ghokan Saki vs. Daniel Ghita would be a good rematch if it were to happen. In the last fight Saki won by decision, but he dropped out of the K-1 Tournament due to the damage he received from Ghita. I’m sure Ghita would love to have a rematch and go for the win.
I totally agree with you that Condit vs. GSP could be a boring fight, but who knows. I think both fighters were pretty exciting earlier in their careers, but the closer they got to the belt, the safer and more boring they got.
Anyways, I look forward to more posts. hehe.
hey, much thanks! it’s great to know that i have readers, because i put a lot of effort in this blog. i’m actually looking most forward to the ben henderson/nate diaz fight in december.
hehe, np.
That will be a good fight. I hope Ben wins because I don’t really like any of the Diaz brothers, mainly because of their cocky attitudes. Nate might be a little better in that department than Nick though. I totally dislike Nick Diaz. I was hoping that Nick and Carlos were gonna go toe to toe, but Carlos was playing careful, being evasive, and picking his shots.
Nick is a sore loser, but to be fair, it really is annoying to fight people that back off a lot and are evasive. Can’t blame them for being smart, but it does take the fun out of watching the fight.
I’m actually pretty excited for the next Glory event. I’m rootin’ for Petrosyan. I heard there is supposed to be a Petrosyan vs. Buakaw 2. That’d be a good fight to watch. Also I’m wondering if Buakaw vs. Pacquiao is gonna really happen;supposedly Pacquiao signed a contract so it should happen….we’ll know soon enough I guess. Anways, since it will be boxing rules, Pacquaiao should definitely win, but it’ll be interesting to see how Buakaw fares.
